Farm Updates

Sunday, July 7 update

Barry Mosier

We will be open for people to pick berries today from 8 AM until 5 PM. We do not have any pre-picked berries today and our stands are closed for the season. There are still some nice berries in the field but you have to sort through some spoiled ones to get them and of course they are smaller than they were earlier in the season. We Have decided that today will be the last day for our season this year. Thanks for all your patronage we will look forward to seeing you next year for strawberries.

Friday, July 5 update

Barry Mosier

We will be open for picking all day today until 6 PM. Don’t forget we are closed on Saturday. We will have pre-picked berries on the farm and at our Kasson Stand today. We still have one large section of the field that has really nice berries yet but you will have to sort through a few spoiled ones to get them. When that section of the field is picked out we will likely close for the season. We think that means we will be open all day today and likely on Sunday. The washed out roads are all repaired so you can get to us from any direction now.

Thursday, July 4 update

Barry Mosier

Today we will be open for people to pick berries from 8 AM to 7 PM. What a great day to make some family memories picking strawberries on the farm together. There are still lots of nice strawberries to pick. We will have pre-picked berries On the farm and at our kasson Stand today. We plan to be open also tomorrow and Sunday. We will keep you posted about next week, but there are still a lot of green strawberries ripening in the field. Barry and Marybeth

Wednesday, July 3 update

Barry Mosier

Today looks like a nice day for picking especially the morning. We will have pre-picked berries at the farm and at our stands in owatonna and kasson today. The best way to get to our farm is coming through Dodge Center. There are some road closures due to rain washouts to the north east and north west of us. Follow our signs. We are still getting great berries out of the field. We will be open on the fourth and fifth so come and make some great family memories by picking strawberries together. You won’t be in any mud as there is a lot of straw between the rollers.
